【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversmeltprocessablemoldingandextrusionmaterials,aswellascoatingmaterialsofpoly(vinylidenefluoride)fluoroplastic,commonlyabbreviatedPVDF(orPVF2inscientificliterature).Thisspecificationcoversthermoplasticresinmaterialssuppliedinpelletorpowderform.Thisspecificationappliesonlytothevirginhomopolymerpreparedfromvinylidenefluoride,notcopolymers,reinforced,filledgradesorspecialgradeswithadditivesortreatmentsformodificationofattributes.ThetestsinvolvedareintendedtoprovideinformationforspecificationofunmodifiedPVDFhomopolymerresins.Itisnotthepurposeofthisspecificationtoprovideengineeringdatafordesignpurposes.PVDFfluoroplasticsmeltbetween156and180?C[312and356?F]andarethermallystableuptoabout370?C[698?F].(Warning-Evolutionofcorrosiveandtoxichydrogenfluoridecanoccurundercertainconditions.)ThevaluesstatedinSIunits,asdetailedinIEEE/SI-10,aretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninbracketsareforinformationonly.Note1-PVDFexhibitspolymorphism.Thetypeandextentofcrystallinestructurevarieswiththethermomechanicalhistoryofthesample.Specimenspreparedbytechniquesdifferentthanprescribedinthisspecificationcanhavepropertiesthatvaryfromthevaluesspecified.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection10.Note2-ThereisnoequivalentISOstandardforthisspecification.InformationinthisspecificationistechnicallyequivalenttorelatedinformationinISO12086-1andISO12086-2.
